Abraham is considered \u201cFather Abraham\u201d...the \u201cFather of Our Faith\u201d because of the radicle obedience referenced here in Hebrews 11:8. Every follower of Jesus can trace their spiritual ancestry back to this single step of faith. We\u2019re sitting here today as followers of Jesus because Abraham made that courageous decision to honor God with irrational obedience.
