We face temptations on a daily basis and in today\u2019s culture it\u2019s easy to rationalize the breaking of laws. And, let\u2019s face it...sin is tempting. And we are really good at rationalizing away the effects of it. We say things like, \u201cI\u2019m not hurting anyone else\u201d or \u201cit\u2019s not that big of a deal.\u201d Achan underestimated God and did not take His commands seriously. We need to realize that sin has drastic consequences...so we should take drastic measures to avoid it as well as teach our children how to live the life God has set before us.
