Down and Out in the Potteries

#178. On this week's show we look back on a disastrous result at Stoke with David Moyes' hapless side losing 2-1 in the Potteries. On a day when few could remember a performance quite so pitifully abject, Moyes' side reached what supporters can only hope is finally the nadir in a disastrous season. Time, they say, is what Moyes needs to rebuild his squad and make it his own; time the Scot is unlikely to get unless results and performances improve before the season's end.\xa0Also on the show this week: we discuss the managerial market, with Swansea's Michael Laudrup sacked. We also look back on the transfer window and ahead to the changes that might happen in the squad next summer, and talk about a manager who appears to say all the wrong things.\xa0Finally, we take your questions and look ahead to two matches in the coming week: Fulham at Old Trafford on Sunday, and then Arsenal in the Capital on Wednesday night.
