Published: Dec. 27, 2020, 4:07 p.m.

Nova Scotia, April 18-19, 2020 Over a period of thirteen hours, a 51 year old denturist carried out Canada’s most deadly act of mass murder. Dressed in a police officer’s uniform and driving a replica police cruiser, this murderer would leave a trail of innocent victims and burnt homes in his wake. In total twenty two Nova Scotians lost their lives including a pregnant woman, a RCMP Constable, and many other innocent victims who were unfortunate enough to cross his path. In this episode of Nighttime, we are again joined by investigative journalist Paul Palango for a discussion on the first hours of the rampage.  Links referenced in the episode: Paul Palango's Frank Article on this topic - https://www.frankmagazine.ca/post/there-were-no-police-around-what-didn-t-happen-in-portapique  Musical Theme: Noir Toyko by Monty Datta Contact: Website: https://www.nighttimepodcast.com Twitter: https://twitter.com/NightTimePod Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NightTimePod Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nighttimepod Email: NightTimePodcast@gmail.com Support the show: https://www.patreon.com/nighttimepodcast Support the show: https://www.patreon.com/Nighttimepodcast See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
