Cape Breton, Nova Scotia\n10 year old Talia Forrest and a friend were riding their bikes on Black Rock Road when they noticed the oncoming car that seemed to be driving erratically passing back and forth across the center line.\nMoments later Talia was nowhere to be seen, and the car continued on, dragging Talia's bike with it for over a kilometer.\nA tip to the police would lead them to a local man, 27 year old Colin Tweedie.\nInitially, his story was that his girlfriend was driving... but the story has changed many times since then. The constant, is that he believed the very much loved 10 year old girl he killed was a deer so he didn't stop.\nBut, Colin Tweedie isn't the only one who didn't stop. Talia's loved ones, and their army of supporters have not stopped demanding Justice for Talia.\nTonight, in this episode of Nighttime, Talia's family spokesperson Halen Williams will join me to discuss their demand for Justice for Talia Forrest.\nEpisode Links:\nJustice For Talia Facebook Community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2390296721292418/\nProvide feedback and comments on the episode:\nnighttimepodcast.com/contact\nLinks:\nmake a case suggestion: https://www.nighttimepodcast.com/contact\nSubscribe to the show:\nhttps://www.nighttimepodcast.com/subscribe\nMusical Theme:\nNoir Toyko by Monty Datta\nContact:\nWebsite: https://www.nighttimepodcast.com\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/NightTimePod\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/NightTimePod\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/nighttimepod\nSupport the show: https://www.patreon.com/nighttimepodcast\nLearn more about your ad choices.
