Locals were thrilled when the restaurant re-opened following Hurricane Katrina. Johnny tells us about the restaurant\'s origin in 1933 and the recent demolition of the old restaurant building. The "new" building, home of the first A&P grocery store in New Orleans, is actually older than the building that was demolished.'
