Neutrality in Child Support Service Delivery

They welcome Doreen Nicholas, who is a Survivor Engagement and Systems Change Specialist at the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence. Some of you may have heard Ms. Nicholas speak at the 2022 NCSEA Policy Forum in Washington DC. Today they discuss the importance of neutrality in child support program service delivery, particularly how that impacts domestic and sexual violence survivors.
