A Day in the Life of a Child Support Caseworker
Coming to you from on location in Austin, Texas and Wichita, Kansas, Latoyia Southall (Supervisor on the Texas Data Management Services project for MAXIMUS) hosts two caseworkers with the Department of Children and Family Services project for MAXIMUS: Jennifer Stinnett (Case Management Counselor) and Chandra Lewis (Child Support Counselor). They talk about setting up cases, establishing child support orders, and the judicial process in Sedgwick County. They discuss intergovernmental cases and the challenges that they present.
