Today\u2019s featured guest is Jurjen de Jong.\xa0 Jurjen is 26 years old and has stuttered since the age of 7.\xa0 He became involved in the world of people who stutter since attending a youth exchange that he joined last year in Italy. This inspired him to start the platform Stamily, where people who stutter can share their stories, raise awareness and form a community. Since last summer this platform is growing rapidly.\xa0Jurjen studied mathematics, physics, astronomy, and space studies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Sweden, and now work as a data scientist and freelance science journalist. His hobbies include traveling and sports and loves to learn about cultures, science, history, and languages.\xa0 I believe that there is healing in sharing and I would like to Thank Jurjen de Jong for sharing his story with us.\xa0
