Today\u2019s featured guest is Emmanuel Asenso Jr.\xa0 Emmanuel Asenso Jr is a 3rd\xa0year, Ghanaian American, medical student at Rowan SOM. He was born and raised in Northern Virginia, received his bachelor\u2019s in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and his Master\u2019s in Public Health from The George Washington University before starting medical school. He is passionate about using medicine, nutrition and public health as a platform and resource to empower patients and communities to improve their health outcomes and address racial health disparities, especially those in the black community. He is also deeply passionate about supporting and networking with people who stutter as well as aspiring physicians.
