Marla is dedicated to empowering others to heal themselves spiritually, physically and emotionally. As a Living Light Reiki Master, Marla has been enthusiastically practicing and teaching Reiki for 15 years. She teaches all levels of Reiki including children\u2019s Reiki classes & leads regular Reiki Circles and Reiki Practitioner Nights.

As a massage therapist, Marla is known best for her utilization of a variety of bodywork techniques including integrating the use of Reiki with Swedish Massage, circulatory therapy, sports massage and deep tissue. Marla approaches each session by connecting the body, mind and spirit, creating a relaxing and holistic experience.

\n

During her own pregnancy, she appreciated the benefits Reiki provided. Through her own positive experience, Marla passionately supports pregnant and post-partum mothers with Reiki. In addition, she has taught Mama Movement Classes for Post/Pre-Natal Mothers.
Marla leads women\u2019s tantra classes and teaches Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. She has worked on staff at Rehab Center Journeys Malibu bringing reiki, meditation, yoga and massage to the clients.

As an artist, Marla\u2019s on camera career has led her to numerous acting and hosting engagements, including the holistic healing talk shows, Pathways to Health and Voice America\u2019s Radio Show, Live! Love! Thrive! Marla has traveled the world to film her Transformational Travel show.
