When the Academic Staff Union of Universities in Nigeria went on strike in protest against the federal government for unfavourable working conditions, I knew I had to take advantage of the situation and gain industry experience. Fortunately, I got an internship with Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) Academy.\n\nIn this episode, I talk about my first day experience as an intern at LAWMA academy.\n\n If you're considering applying for an internship too or just wondering what it felt like to work there, this episode and subsequent ones I'll put out as I advance in the internship program will really be useful.\n\nAs always, please send feedback, comments opinions and suggestions.
