In 1971, Sgt. Barry Ruhl and his fiancee were accosted by a masked sex offender, culminating in a bloody brawl. Forty-seven years later, Lee and Barry examine his nemesis as a suspect in the murders of several victims from 1973-1992. Barry Ruhl was an Ontario Provincial Police Officer for 30 years. After his retirement, he continued to work with the OPP as a counsellor for other officers dealing with substance abuse and post traumatic stress issues.
