2014 - Fortuna, California.\n\nIn February of 2014, two women\u2014Danielle Bertolini and Sheila Franks\u2014 went missing within one week of each other in Humboldt County, California. They were both last seen in the presence of the same man, and were later known as part of the Humboldt County Missing Five.\xa0\nDanielle and Sheila\u2019s remains were later recovered near the Eel River in a similar location. Their killer hasn\u2019t been brought to justice.\xa0\n\nDanielle was a childhood friend of mine who grew up in Maine. Two years ago, I set out to bring light to her story and help her mother, Billie Jo, fight for justice. 2024 marks 10 years unsolved.\n\nI have completely redone the original episodes to bring you this story fresh, including updates.\xa0\nThis is the story of Danielle Bertolini.\n\nSIGN THE PETITION!
