With three women dead, no witnesses to their murders and no clues to their killer\\u2019s identity, although the Police still insisted that this was not the work of a serial-killer but three different murders with remarkable similarities, the press had a suspect\\u2026 a \\u2018Soho crime boss\\u2019 who was a known strangler, who had the money and power to corrupt an investigation.


His nickname was Red Max, but he also went by the alias\\u2026 of Mr Cohen.
