In College, Mike Bonadies hitchhiked across Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Morocco. He is now a landlord and property manager in South Jersey. \u201cI moved specifically back to South Jersey to be a landlord and because I love South Jersey. Mike owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, and he owns 21 rental units across South Jersey. He still technically has a 9 to 5 job but has mastered the \u201c4 hour work week\u201d approach with that job which frees up all his other time to focus on his business.
