WHY AMANDA MADE THE JUMP TO REAL ESTATE

After a terrible car accident where Amanda was laid up she went to the process to get her real estate license to find a home for herself. After recovering she went back to her job in the city as a marketing consultant and quickly realized it was time to move on and she quit and jump into real estate full time.

WHY AMANDA GOT HER REAL ESTATE LICENSE

She wanted to be able to find her own homes to rehab but quickly realized there was a need to help other investors find, market and sell their properties. Her first listing for an investor was a huge home run with seven offers and a sale over asking.
