We met Jeff through our coach Trevor McGregor and we are absolutely elated to have Jeff share his amazing story on the show!

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN REAL ESTATE:

Jeff jumped into real estate in 2007 looking at single family REO's and figured out very quickly that timing couldn't be more wrong. So he looked elsewhere and attended a training for multifamily properties and "(he) got excited about the extra zeros and that you could raise money from other people..."

Jeff's business background and management training with Government agencies helped him not "be afraid of the big numbers."

HIS WHY

Jeff wanted to make sure he could retire and set up his future and Jeff felt Multifamily was the only way.

HOW DID HE OVERCOME THE FEAR OF GETTING STARTED

Using education cured those fears and allowed him to leverage other people's success to help get over the small unknowns.

WHY JEFF FEELS ITS WISE TO INVEST WITH GOOD SYNDICATORS AS PASSIVE INVESTORS

Jeff sticks to the numbers and his team's criteria and has the advantage to not "have to" do a deal. They want to do a deal. That means Jeff's teams can analyze hundreds of deals before locking down and securing a deal to bring to investors.
