Today her portfolio containing multi-family Apartment Buildings, Single Family homes, Townhouses, Pre-construction Condos and Flips. She also invests in Private Lending and RRSP\u2019s mortgages.\xa0

Khatera also is the owner of MAKE A BRILLIANT MOVE, a real estate investment company that provides an excellent opportunity for investors with no experience or desire to be a landlord or manage properties.

From Real Estate Acquisition to managing the asset. Her mission is to provide quality housing for her tenants, while at the same time provide and above average return on investment for her investor partners and herself.
