Candace is the managing partner of Apollo Capital and the co-founder of Multifamily Women\u2019s Mastermind.\xa0

Prior to founding Apollo Capital with her husband Casey, Candace built a successful electronics wholesale business with over 7M in annual revenue. She holds bachelors\u2019 degrees in both Biochemistry and Microbiology. Candace\u2019s analytical skills and systemized approach allow her to excel in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to discovering her passion for multifamily, Candace rehabbed and self-managed a small portfolio of single-family rental homes in Alabama and Mississippi. For the past 2 years, she has been focused on building a multifamily portfolio to create a passive income stream that will transcend generations. As both an active and passive investor, Candace is invested in over 600 apartment units in the Southeastern United States and has built a strong network of multifamily partners and advisors to aid in future acquisitions. She currently resides in Birmingham, AL with her husband Casey and 3-year-old son, Carson.
