How to make every day a GREAT day

 Here is what we all need to understand - we answer the questions we ask.

I’ve recently come to understand that I have a subconscious radar within me that looks out for potential danger. I’m constantly scanning my environment and circumstances for challenges & threats. I’m unconsciously guarding myself at all times. Living that way is tense. It’s exhausting. It’s not in alignment with who I want to be and the way I want my life to feel.

 So, before I go into the world, I have to take the time to quite literally enforce a gratitude practise on myself so that I can shift my mind from searching and scanning for things that are out to get me - and instead look for things I can be grateful for.
