NEAR MISS revolves around Jim, a kind albeit passive person, married the first and only woman he ever dated. When she leaves him eighteen years later, and enters into a new world of relationships and sexuality, Jim\u2019s friends relentlessly hound him to re-enter the dating world. Jim reluctantly gets back into the dating game\u2026 only to fall in love with the second woman he\u2019s ever dated, who is planning on leaving the country in a few months time.
