Hey everybody, welcome back to another Batman ranking on my show. Today, I am going to be ranking 22 live-action Batman villains that have appeared in a theatrically-released BATMAN movies from 1989 until 2022 and also Harley Quinn with Joker from the DCEU. I am not including the '66 movie villains because there's not too much I have to say and feel to out of place here. I have also decided not to include the villains from Mask of the Phantasm because that means I would also have to include the Lego Batman Movie which has a bit too many villains to include, so NO ANIMATED characters.
