Managers, CEO\u2019S, directors, assistant managers are thought to be one of the most prestigious positions of a company. The main difference between the lower category workers, and the managerial position is educational qualifications as well as the amount of knowledge. They have to produce results and that is what their main responsibility is. If the results are not according to the expectations then they are troubled for the same.
