In this special episode, Karen Broadhead hosts special guest Karen Greenwell.  Karen talks about struggling with mental health and bipolar disorder as a young adult and then also as a mom. She also talks about her children's struggles and how she learned to help them. This was Karen Greenwell's reality at only twenty years old.  Her aspirations and dreams for herself as an adult, wife, and mother were abruptly changed not just once, but again, and again, and again.  Being diagnosed as a young adult with bipolar disorder, Karen was devastated when two of her three young children were also diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
