Kate is the founder of "Out of Office". She was born and raised in New Zealand, and we have been virtual friends on Facebook for a long time, following each other's travelling. We both have similar stories to tell because she also started off her journey as a tour guide when she moved from New Zealand to London and accompanied trips to Europe. I love her sense of adventure and her zest for life.

After two decades of wearing many hats within fast paced industries such as tourism, events, conferencing and hospitality, she began my entrepreneurial journey.

In search of the elusive work-life balance, with the aim to support her love of helping others in business as well as her love for exploring the world - she developed her very own 'life by design', in the form of a digital nomadic life, serving businesses while following summer around the globe.
