S09E09 Gypsy Rose Blanchard
The body of Clauddine \u201cDee Dee\u201d Blanchard was found murdered in her Missouri home on June 14, 2015.
She had been stabbed to death and had died several days before she was found. Police had gone to the home, following several strange facebook posts on Dee Dee\u2019s facebook page.
Police, not finding Gypsy Rose, Dee Dee\u2019s mentally and physically handicapped daughter, they feared that she may have been kidnapped. The day after the discovery of Dee Dee\u2019s body, Gypsy Rose was found, in the company of her online boyfriend, Nick Godejohn. She confessed to not having any of the disabilities her mother had claimed that she had, and in particular she could walk.
