Mondays Kept Me Fat is the weight loss podcast that will help you lose weight and keep it off. This week's exercise and listen podcast talks about the why question. Why do you want to lose weight and gain health and be healthy? It seems like an easy question to answer. But after this three-part series you may find that "why" harder to identify.
This is part three of three articles will be about the big question when it comes to weight-loss and gaining health: The Why Question. Because that "why question" is very important when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off. There are those common answers, "I want to lose weight so I can be there for my kids." And, "I want to lose weight so I can be respected." But, what if there were no children to "be there" for? And do we really need the respect of others who don't respect us as-is? If we are losing weight for others then how motivated will we be when they let us down? And they will let us down...heck...we are good about letting ourselves down (right?).
