Irish shoppers are turning to cheaper cuts of meat and own-brand labels to beat the cost-of-living crisis. And across the water British chain Waitrose reported that sales of fish heads were up an \u201cincredible\u201d 34% on last year, while spam sales rose by 36%. \n\nHenry McKean has been looking at it here in Ireland...
