Just back from Israel, Miriam presented a packed show focusing on our brothers and sisters in Israel. First, she spoke with Avnet Kleiner from ALEH-Negev about what it takes to keep everyone safe in that facility for physically and mentally challenged children and adults while rockets are falling around them. No small task.\nThen YU's Rabbi Kenny Brander discussed the Counterpoint mission in Dimona and how YU students are making a difference there. Plus, Rabbi Brander has a son presently serving in the IDF. Hear that story as well.\nFinally, Ariella Wiener has started an online campaign to do something nice for a segment of the Israeli population we may not be thinking about: the wives of the IDF.
