Minuteman Report: West Virginia Army Guard Help Rescue Flood Victim

West Virginia National Guardsmen aided in the rescue of a Clendenin, West Virginia citizen. When the Emergency Medical Services were unable to evacuate their patient due to the flood, the West Virginia Army National guard answered the call by sending a Blackhawk helicopter to extract the flood victim.
