The power of a walk in nature

Do you always feel like you\u2019re rushing from one place to another? When our lives get busy it can feel like we don\u2019t have a moment to breathe. Mindfulness is sometimes called the art of slowing down - tuning in and paying attention to our surroundings. One of my favourite ways to do this is with a walking meditation, so grab your headphones and come for a walk with me outside.
