Mindfulness made easy - reduce your stress anytime, anywhere with these five simple meditations

Its not always easy to find the time to meditate, so getting your ten minutes a day can be really challenging. However, you can integrate mindfulness into your daily life by learning simple techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere: focusing on your breath, a counting meditation, meditation of mind, meditation of body and listening meditation. Learning and practising these these easy techniques will reduce your stress in the short term and could make a significant difference to your mental health in the long term.
