Getting started with mindfulness

Hello my friend, I hope you\u2019re well - this week we\u2019re going to be going over some of the basic principles of mindfulness, this time from the perspective of Jon Kabat Zinn rather than the Plum Village tradition. If you\u2019re new to mindfulness then welcome, if you\u2019re an experienced practitioner then I would invite you to apply your beginners mind and enjoy the refresh.
