Do you overanalyse every conversation? (non-judgement part 3)

Have you ever had a conversation, maybe with your co-worker or a friend, and they\u2019ve been a bit abrupt? And you\u2019ve thoughts afterwards, \u201cwhat was that about? Are they annoyed at me?\u201d We can get swept away by that anxiety or anger and not see what\u2019s really going on - but it's possible to experience what\u2019s happening without needing to react to it, without needing to do anything or, critically, without needing to put our spin on it.
