Unity is essential, but is it easy? The simple answer is...but no. Truly we come to a point in our spiritual journey where we can simply decide,

in the flash of an eye to reframe our perspectives. This, however, can be a surface-level practice designed to avoid the deep work around being genuinely unified. Jung talks of the Shadow. This is what Americans are doing right now. We are in conflict with our unconscious thus creating conflict with others as an expression of how we secretly felt.  With Mindful Courage, we can do better and hopefully are compelled to do better.
