I can't wait for you to dive into today's episode! It's CRUCIAL, now more than EVER, that we're taking control of our health & supporting our immune system in every way possible.

Here are the 5 tips we dive into!

1. EATING ORGANIC

Yes it’s more expensive but so are medical bills, time off of work, being sick, medications, trips to the doctors office, allergies, etc

Your immunity is created in your gut – pesticides make the bad bacteria thrive and kill off the good/healthy bacteria you badly need.

Pesticides & herbicides are created to kill tiny organisms which is exactly what your microbiome is.

2. ORGASMS

Yes you heard that correctly. It’s so important to have regular orgasms with or without your partner. Alissa Vitti says in her article on flo living “The blend of nitric oxide and boosted oxytocin that comes about when you orgasm increases the efficiency and power of your immune system response. More sex = less colds."

3. SLEEP

There is absolutely no way to be healthy if you’re not properly sleeping. Our bodies cannot fight off viruses, bacteria or any sickness if it doesn’t have enough energy to do so. Our organs rejuvenate overnight.

Sleep disorders inhibit daily function and have detrimental effects on health and longevity, including increased risk of hypertension, diabetes, obesity, depression, and heart disease.

Hypertension, diabetes, obesity and heart disease are pre existing conditions that make you more susceptible to contracting & dying from covid.

Lack of sleep also decreases Leptin which is a hormone that, among other things, helps regulate how much you eat and how much fat you store by sending a signal to your brain that you’re full. But it also has other functions relating to fertility, brain function, and immunity.

Moving our body increases the diversity of our gut microbiome. Supporting our gut is the most important thing when it comes to immunity,

It also boosts serotonin and dopamine which improves our mental state which is also crucial for immu
