Let's Do Lunch! at Claude's

Summer is off to a great start at\xa0Claude's\xa0restaurant in the Southhampton Inn in Southhampton, New York. Let's Do Lunch! experienced a homey but contemporary dining experience with an excellent cuisine prepared by\xa0Chef Charlie\xa0and served with an accommodating smile by\xa0Devan.\n\nHost Robin Milling, along with her three guests, chats with Devan about the eclectic menu featuring a starter of light and airy\xa0Chicken Corn Chowder, and spicy and sweet\xa0Crispy Shrimp & Calamari. The mains can come from all day dining or the dinner menu featuring tender and juicy\xa0Marinated Hanger Steak, the special Catch of the Day which was delcious\xa0Montauk caught Yellow Fin Flounder with Pineapple Mango Chutney, and delectable\xa0Black Sea Bass with Watermelon Feta salad. Their signature drinks have a fizz and a kick such as the\xa0Hampton's Lemonade\xa0with Stoli Blueberry Vodka and fresh muddled blueberries.\n\nThe restaurant, named for owner\xa0Dede Gotthelf's beloved cat has feline photos lining the walls as you enter. Managed by Food &\xa0Beverage Director\xa0Kirsen Moore,\xa0who\xa0prepared a surprise cheese plate she personally curated from local selections, She tells Robin her\xa0motto for the restaurant is, \u201cour favorite word is yes.\u201d\n\nJust say 'yes' for a yummy and beautifully presented meal at Claude's!
