Travis is a good friend of mine. He was the Field Coordinator for Decriminalize Denver, initiative 301 that passed on May 7th 2019. The Law in Denver now states that Psilocybin Mushrooms are decriminalized, allowing for personal grows, possession and consumption, but prohibiting any sales. \xa0Shortly After Travis helped found The Denver Mushroom Cooperative (DMC). The DMC focuses on Cultivating Conscious Community, liberating and empowering individuals through mushroom education, cultivation information and more. Their monthly meetings happen on Mondays at 6:30 PM MST

In this episode we cover a lot of ground. Travis talks about the magic of all mushrooms, efforts to heal, to bring the healing power of nature back into society, what that looks like and what it takes to make it happen. He also opens up about his personal journey, being set up by the police for mushrooms at a young age, going to prison, getting out and taking his rage for \u201cfuck the system\u201d and channeling it into the local political landscape to heal and integrate and change the system. Travis is a change maker, educator, teacher, cultivator, gardener, student of esoteric spiritual teachings and of course the wisdom of our plant and fungi allies.
