Lesson Two in the "Releasing the Holy Spirit" Series

Published: Sept. 4, 2013, midnight

This week we explore the second lesson in the series based on Charles Fillmore’s class titled “Releasing the Holy Spirit of God in Man.” This lesson “inquires for us into the quality, or character of mind, called strength, stability, endurance.” One key idea is that we have been binding, or bottling up or storing up, various ideas in the subconscious mind for future use. This future use is called regeneration. Regeneration “is the opening up in man of first a great concept that he is a spiritual being and that the use of all of God’s powers is his; that is, the Holy Spirit of God manifesting in the development of this higher principle. The higher principle is called the Christ, or the Messiah.”
