Dr Tommy Wood earned his medical degree at the University of Oxford, and subsequently completed PhD in physiology and neuroscience at the University of Oslo. Currently, he holds academic positions at the University of Washington and Institute for Human and Machine Cognition. One of Dr Wood\u2019s research interests is developing easily-accessible methods with which to track human health, performance, and longevity. In this episode, Dr Wood shares a plethora of information regarding the science of longevity, including patterns in ageing, determining biological age, and importantly, whether specific ingredients can increase longevity.
