Ok, so the title probably sounds a little more dramatic than where I\u2019m going with this\u2026..but maybe not!!\nMy regular listeners will know I generally have a positive outlook on life, despite my disabling pain and crazy bone disease.\nEvery now and again though, I wake up to a \u201cChronic Illness Catastrophe Day\u201d. In this episode I'm sharing my 3 day strategy, to survive the onslaught of a disease flare, and hopefully begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
