Thirty years ago, Weird Al Yankovic took to the big screen with his tale of a plucky underdog television station and the failing dreamer who used it to win both the heart of a small town and the woman he loved. Apparently, it was the worst movie ever, at least according to critics at the time, so we're taking a look at the now timely message of local broadcasting overcoming larger news stations, the inherently tricky art of the parody, and why some movies can just be OK.
