Things I returned to using because they work

Beer. Fine, this one doesn\u2019t count. But, beer.

• Tiny Tiny RSS. (Went  to Fresh RSS, but I realized I don\u2019t have to host EVERYTHING on my NAS, even though I still prefer to)

• This is just one tool that I did NOT have to host on my NAS because my web hosting provider happens to have a TTRSS install script that sets it up for me on a server that\u2019s easily made public, so it\u2019s one less thing I have to open my server up to the internet for.

  \nLinux (I feel like this happens twice a year, like every Ubuntu Release).
  \nIn particular, I really like The Linux Experiment YouTube channel, which I will link.

  \nDesktop Computer - I worry that they\u2019re going to get \u201cdumber\u201d one day or cloud-centric, just like everything in technology seemingly is. Companies want to loan you something so that they have more control. Call me crazy, or think about it for a bit.
  \nThe things that bring me hope for this paranoid thought I often have is the gamers and people that love to build powerhouse PCs - It\u2019s really cool.
  \nThese new iMacs are beautiful and everything, but please, you\u2019re not going to limit my RAM. Don\u2019t turn my computer into a mobile phone so you can blur the lines between your smartphones and laptops/iMacs. To be fair, Apple is gearing this computer toward student / basic home usehttps://www.cnet.com/news/apple-new-imac-proves-its-an-m1-world-and-we-just-live-in-it/.

  \nRob Braxman\u2019s channel on Odysee. He\u2019s all about privacy and, even tech-savvy users will learn things they didn\u2019t know from him. He tends to cover mobile phones often, but what\u2019s cool is that he doesn\u2019t hold back on exposing the crappy things companies like Google, Apple, and Facebook do.

  \nStupid reaction videos. To me, those videos are about as useful as an unboxing video.

  \nI don\u2019t go into a movie theater and look to each side to see how the people around me are enjoying it. I either like it or I don\u2019t. But\u2026I\u2019m guilty. I watch quite a few Drum reaction videos. I can\u2019t help it. It\u2019s a habit. I want to stop doing what dislike about others. I\u2019m projecting!
