With over 28 years of experience under her belt, she\u2019s seen it all and conquered it all. She could set up a SharePoint or Citrix server farm with her eyes closed and one hand tied behind her back.

But Jill\u2019s not all work and no play. Oh no, she\u2019s got a whole other side to her. She\u2019s got not one, not two, but THREE podcasts. Start with\xa0 Start with Small Steps and Small Steps with God\xa0are already up and running, and she\u2019s got a third one in the works about seeing nature in the world around you. She\u2019s like the Oprah of the podcast world, except instead of giving away cars, she\u2019s giving away tips for a better life. And when she\u2019s not working on her podcasts, Jill likes to get back to nature. She\u2019s an avid hiker and birdwatcher, always on the lookout for the next feathered friend to add to her list. And let\u2019s not forget her knitting skills \u2013 who knows; maybe she\u2019s even created a cozy little sweater for one of her birdwatching buddies.
