Purpose Not Pressure

Is your morning routine helping you or hurting you? When we constantly hear the message that the perfect morning routine should look a specific way to achieve success, it can leave us feeling as if we don\u2019t measure up when we aren\u2019t able to live out that exact expectation.\xa0To that I say: It\u2019s time to stop living from a place of pressure and it\u2019s your time start living from a place of PURPOSE. Doesn\u2019t that sound refreshing?! Whether you\u2019re a mom with littles or your work schedule is varying \u2013 this will look different for everyone. And that is the beauty of it! There is no one-size fits all blueprint. And just because things were one way for a long time, doesn\u2019t mean that will serve you well in the next season. And friend \u2013 THAT IS OKAY.
