This is our last episode of the Understanding LTS Workshops series. Each month, we are going through the topics that we discuss in our workshop sessions as a way to help supporters understand our experiences and survivors of sexual violence to feel heard.

For this episode, we are discussing the concept of restoration and what it looks like to have a good life. We\\u2019ll look at why many survivors struggle to navigate what it is that they want for themselves and don\\u2019t have a clear picture of what the end state is that we are working toward. We will explore what it means to keep taking these steps and what we can hope for along the way.
