This episode is about a month or more late, I am sorry. \xa0Lack of motivation hit me, but I think I have recovered. \xa0Anyway I am continuing to use a 5k maintenance plan from the Runna app as well as do MAF runs. I am not sure how effective MAF is if you are not consistent. \xa0I guess that I will have to try harder to stick with it.
