The Two Reality Hypothesis Explained

There can only be one or two realities, there cannot be less or more. The contest then is between these two possible scenarios, only one of which can be right. The one-reality scenario is a claim there is only one reality and it contains all possible qualifications other than the belief truths are absolutes and metaphysical statements are valid. The one-reality hypothesis contradicts itself. If true it is false and only if its claims are false can it be a true representation of what reality is.
