It is politically correct to blame the gun. We are the victim. The gun is the bad guy. Humans cannot be blamed. Sometimes we may just be in the wrong place at the wrong time when a gun shoots a lot of people. Then we get blamed, but it is not really our fault. The only other possibility, it seems, is to blame people. People kill people but are we to ban people? Or is the truth and the solution, somewhere else entirely. Perhaps it is not the gun\u2019s fault but saying this does not mean it is people who are to blame. There is a more common sensical way of analyzing the issue that does not just consider guns but other tools of harm.
